Official Memorabilia and Ayrton Senna - Is He Still Alive?

Here are my views about Official Memorabilia and their $6,000 Ayrton Senna "signed" piece. Today's commemoration of the death of Christ should also really be the death of Official Memorabilia, owned by SE Products and whose official AFL, NRL, cricket, soccer, V8 and similar licenses have not, in my experience, been offered for other companies to tender in at least a decade and who continue to offer the Senna piece despite my misgivings, misgivings I have communicated directly to them.

Anyhow, somehow, and I do mean somehow, they managed to come up with not one but ten pristine cards apparently signed by Ayton Senna (who died some 22 years ago). Now I've watched Senna items become available or come to auction for more than 20 years. Never have I seen even 2 of the same (identical) Senna-signed item offered for sale, let alone 10.

Somehow, our mates at SE Products/Official Memorabilia found 10 in "a private collection." I'm always open to being corrected and happily apologise for my errors, however I asked Official Memorabilia several weeks ago to allay my fears by providing a little information about (a) whose "private collection" they come from (and how they came to a retailer in Australia rather than a major collector or wholesaler/retailer in Europe, Asia or the Middle East, and (b) why the Senna signature in the picture from which they are selling this item (for 6 thousand bucks) has such an "atypical" Senna signature. It just ain't like his accepted, normal signature (particularly the A in Ayrton). In fact it's a shocker.
