Frequently Asked Questions

1. Are all items sold by Unique Memorabilia authentic?

Yes. Every item comes with an individually numbered Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and is guaranteed authentic for life.

2. How long has Unique Memorabilia been in business?

We have over 15 years of experience in the sports memorabilia industry, backed by a reputation for quality and trust.

3. What kind of memorabilia do you sell?

We offer a wide range of rare and unique items, including Baggy Green caps, cricket bats, match-worn jerseys, boxing contracts, signed photos, and more from some of the biggest sporting legends in history.

4. Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?

No. Due to the limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final. We encourage customers to ask any questions before purchasing.

5. How quickly will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. If your item requires framing, please allow an additional 7–14 days for processing.

6. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. However, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or fees that may apply in their country.

7. What shipping methods do you use?

We generally ship with TNT Road Express and Australia Post. Customers may also arrange to pick up their item from our Seven Hills warehouse.

8. What happens if my order is returned to you?

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or not being claimed, re-delivery charges may apply.

9. How should I display and protect my memorabilia?

Avoid direct sunlight, humidity, and heat sources. Use appropriate wall mounts for heavy items, and consider framing with Perspex to reduce UV damage. Clean frames yearly to prevent pests and condensation.

10. Can I sell my memorabilia to Unique Memorabilia?

We are always interested in acquiring unique items, but we generally do not buy from the public. Items must be acquired at prices that allow us to maintain fair margins, and older items may require costly reframing.
