The Australian Memorabilia Association Ain't an Association!

In fact it's just one bloke, Mark Handel.  There is no "association" although the very word "association" would normally be defined as a group with multiple members (or at least more than one solitary chap).

Not only that, but Mr Handel only allows one company to use his Australian Memorabilia Association certificates without the items being looked at AT ALL by him!  In other words, Sports Online "self certifies".  They proclaim in clear print that the AMA actually looks at each of their items to declare if it is authentic or not, but he doesn't look at them at all.

And so, with the FIFA World Cup approaching and fake sports memorabilia likely to be rife, beware of any company which so "flexibly" plays with the truth and states things like:
