This match-worn Liverpool FC was worn by the great John Arne Riise during his time at Liverpool between 2001 and 2008, playing 234 games.

Riise has signed the Certificate of Authenticity himself, indicating that "I wore this shirt playing for Liverpool against Boavista in the UEFA Champions League in Portugal on October 24th, 2001."  It doesn't get any better than that in terms of providence and authenticity.

The shirt features the Champions League badge on the sleeve, thus providing further provenance.

He won a Champions League winner's medal in 2005, providing the assist for Liverpool's first goal of the final.  In the 2005 Football League Cup Final, he scored 45 seconds into the game, the fastest goal in the fixture history.
