Allan Border played for New South Wales, Gloucestershire, Queensland, Essex & Australia between 1976-1996. His record and career will always mark the period in which Australian cricket transitioned from the Lillee/Chappell/Marsh period to the Warne/Waugh/Taylor era.

This Queensland cream short sleeved cricket shirt was worn by Border during his playing career. The shirt was made by Nemesis of Queensland. It has a Queensland ‘Power’s (Carlton Brewery beer) Queensland Cricket’ emblem and Nemesis logo to the chest.

It is signed above the Power’s emblem by Allan Border. Size XL.

Border played for Queensland between 1980-1986. ‘Power’s (Carlton Brewery beer) sponsored Queensland cricket between 1988-1986, so the shirt dates from this six year period.
